Can I order a one-off box without a subscription?
You can either choose to subscribe or order a one-off box! You can give them as a gift for a special occasion, or try them out before you subscribe (we know you'll want to!)
How much is the box worth?
The products inside the box will be valued over £35 so value for money is definitely guaranteed!
I have an allergy or a dietary requirement, can I still order a one-off box?
We’d love for every subscriber to enjoy every item in their box, but due to the nature of the surprise box, we’re not currently able to accommodate every allergy, intolerance, or preference. This means there may be times when, unfortunately, you can’t enjoy everything in the box.
Which box edition will I receive?
The month you place your order is the box edition you’ll receive! For example, if you order between October 1st and 31st, you will receive the October Box.
The only times this might change is if the monthly box sells out before the month’s end or if we decide to extend the sale into the following month. Don’t worry, though—if that happens, we’ll clearly indicate the edition you’re ordering right on the checkout page.
Which delivery company do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes of deliciousness, and we’ll always send you a tracking code via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can keep your eye on your goodies as they make their way to you.
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code (lucky you!), you can enter it at checkout if it hasn’t already applied automatically. Just click on "Apply," and your code will be activated, showing your new balance. Enjoy!
What to do when the code on my voucher will not work?
Your discount code might only be valid for certain subscriptions, or it may have expired. You can find these details in the fine print of the offer. If the issue continues, please feel free to drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and we’ll be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.
When will my box be sent?
We have three delivery rounds each month, so when your tasty box arrives depends on when you've ordered:
If you’ve paid by the 11th, you’ll be in the first shipment, with your goodies arriving between the 15th and 25th of the month.
If you’ve paid between the 12th and 22nd, your box will be in the second round, landing between the 25th and the end of the month.
And if you've paid between the 23rd and the last day of the month, your box will be in the third round, arriving by the 11th of the following month.

Will you let me know once you have shipped my order?
Absolutely! First off, you’ll receive an order confirmation once you place your order or when your subscription is processed. The next email will be a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. This will include your delivery details and a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-up—it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.
