Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Nope, our limited edition box is a one-off. It’s a single payment today, and that’s it.
Is the limited edition box fully vegan and gluten free?
While some of the goodies might be suitable, the box as a whole isn’t fully vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.
How much is the box worth?
The products inside are worth over £50, so you’re getting brilliant value for money with this one.
Which delivery company do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes, and you’ll always get a tracking link by email as soon as your box has been dispatched.
When will my Limited Edition Box be sent to me?
Boxes are dispatched every Tuesday, provided you order before midnight on Sunday. Orders placed after midnight on Sunday will be sent the following week. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your box is on its way.
We use Royal Mail for delivery, and you can expect your box to arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. So, if you order before midnight on Sunday, your box will be sent on Tuesday, and you should receive it by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please note, delivery times are estimates, and delays with couriers may happen outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived, is damaged, or you’re having any other issues, please let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll sort it out for you.
How do I use a promo code?
If you’ve got a promo code, just pop it into the checkout and hit "Apply." Your discount will be activated and the updated price will show right away. Enjoy!
What should I do if the discount code isn’t working?
If your discount code isn’t working, it might be because it’s only valid for specific products or subscriptions or the code could have expired.
