How much does a HELLOYUMMY BOX subscription cost?

There are four subscription options. The longer you subscribe, the more you save!

The box contents are worth at least £25 or more so value for money is definitely guaranteed.

  • A 1-month subscription costs £15.99 per month

This continues on a monthly basis unless you skip, pause or cancel.

  • A 3-month subscription costs £14.99 per month

This continues on a monthly basis for 3 months. This subscription automatically renews after 3 months unless you skip, pause or cancel.

  • A 6-month subscription costs £13.99 per month

This continues on a monthly basis for 6 months. This subscription automatically renews after 6 months unless you skip, pause or cancel.

  • A 12-month subscription costs £13.50 per month

This continues on a monthly basis for 12 months. This subscription automatically renews after 12 months unless you skip, pause or cancel.


All subscriptions are recurring, unless skipped, paused or cancelled within the term deadline. The Monthly plan cancellation request will take effect only if submitted prior to the 25th of the month that your existing subscription plan is due to renew. (e.g. you must cancel by September 25th if you want to cancel your October box).

The 3-month, 6-month and 12-month rolling subscription cannot be cancelled before the minimum term of the subscription. The product is given as a discount from the regular £15.99/box price due to the customer agreeing to the minimum term by choosing this subscription option. 

I have an allergy or a dietary requirement, can I still join?

We'd love for every subscriber to be able to consistently enjoy their box items to its full extent, however due to the nature of the surprise box, we are currently not in a position to accommodate for every allergy, intolerance or preference and so there may be occasions where, unfortunately, you are not able to enjoy everything in the box.

Which box edition will I receive?

The month that you order in is the first monthly box edition that you will receive. For example, if you subscribe any time between October 1st-31st, your recurring subscription will begin with the October Box.

The only exception to this rule would be if the monthly box sold out before the end of the month or if we extended the sale of the current month to the following month. In this case, the edition being ordered will show on the checkout page.

Which delivery company do you use?

We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes and we always send tracking codes via email once your box has been dispatched. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK, including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer our boxes internationally, however, we're working on it and hoping this will be an option in the future.

When will my HYBOX be sent to me?

We have three rounds of delivery each month, so when your box arrives depends on when you signed up/paid.

  • If you paid or signed up by the 11th, you should receive your box between the 15th and 25th of the month. 
  • If you paid or signed up between the 12th the 22nd, you should receive your box between the 25th and last day of the month. 
  • If you paid or signed up between the 23rd and last day of the month, you should receive your box by the 11th of the following month. 

We hope you love your box when it arrives! 

Existing subscribers and new subscribers: after your first box, you will always receive your box in the earliest round of delivery for each month’s box you’re due to receive, between the 15th and 25th of the month.

Please keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email with your delivery details on. You will receive an email from us when our warehouse has dispatched your order with a link which will let you track your order progress. It can take 48 hours before you will see any tracking updates.

Will you let me know once you have shipped my order?

Yes, of course! Firstly, we will send an order confirmation once you place your order/your subscription order is automatically processed. The next email you receive will be a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order with your delivery details on and a link which will let you track your order progress. It can take 48 hours before you will see any tracking updates.

How do I use a promo code?

If you have a promo code (lucky you!) you’ll be able to enter it at the checkout.

After you have clicked on "Apply" the code will be activated and your new balance will be shown.

What to do when the code on my voucher will not work?

Your discount code may only be valid for certain subscriptions or the code may have already expired. These restrictions are detailed on the fine print of the offer. If the problem persists, please drop us a line to hello@helloyummy-box.com and we’ll help you from there.

My HYBOX has not arrived yet - please help!

There are several reasons you may not have had your box yet. When the box leaves our warehouse, we send you a dispatch email with the delivery and tracking details so that you know when to expect it. If you have received this email, the box is now on its way to you and you should receive your box within 3-5 working days.

When is next payment due?

  • Payment for your first box will be taken straight away when you sign up. 

  • After this, for your second box, you will be charged automatically on the 11th of the month, unless you skip, pause or cancel.

  • From your third box and in each month following, you will be charged automatically on the 1st of the month, unless you skip, pause or cancel.

How do I change my address?

Unfortunately you cannot amend your address once your order has been placed. If you give us an email to hello@helloyummy-box.com as soon as you can, we may be able to manually change it, if it has not yet been dispatched.

*If the address is not updated in time, the shipping label will be printed with the previous address. If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will only be able to resend your address upon its return at our warehouse.

How do I pause or skip a box?

We understand that sometimes you need to take a break and we want to make that as easy as we can for you. To pause your subscription or skip your upcoming box, please drop us a line to hello@helloyummy-box.com and we'll help you from there. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.

The request will take effect only if submitted prior to the 25th of the month that your existing subscription plan is due to renew. (e.g. you must email us by September 25th if you want to skip or pause your October box). If you are pausing or skipping your box after the 25th, you will still receive next month’s edition as your box has already been allocated.

How can I cancel my HYBOX subscription?

The cancellation request will take effect only if submitted prior to the 25th of the month that your existing subscription plan is due to renew. (e.g. you must cancel by September 25th if you want to cancel your October box). If you sign up or cancel after the cut-off time, you will still receive next month’s edition as your box has already been allocated and our team will already be getting your box ready to be sent out on time for your delivery day. Your cancellation will be effective from the following month.

I've cancelled my subscription, why am I still being charged?

The 1 month Pay Monthly subscription plan is renewed automatically every month until you cancel. You must cancel by the 25th of the month should you not wish to receive any further boxes.

The 3, 6 and 12 month Pay Monthly subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew after this time for a further fixed term of the same length unless you decide to cancel. You must cancel by the 25th date of the final box month should you not wish for your plan to renew.

Please note that orders in progress cannot be cancelled.

Ho do I redeem my gift card for a one-off box?

Oh hey there fellow foodie! If you’re reading this, we’re guessing one lovely friend or family member has bought you a HelloYummy Box egift voucher? If so, congrats! You’re in for a real foodie treat!

To redeem your gift card for a one-off box, please follow the steps below:

  • Find the gift voucher email you have received and click ‘CLAIM YOUR GIFT’ or click here
  • Add the one-off gift box to cart and then head to checkout.
  • At the checkout page, enter your unique gift card code and click 'apply'.
  • Enter your delivery details, submit your order, sit back, relax and wait for your HelloYummy Box to arrive!

I've cancelled my subscription, but have changed my mind. How do I restart it?

It couldn't be easier to get your subscription back up and running!

Simply log into your account and hit the 'Reactivate' button. This will restart your plan with the current month's box. The next charge after a reactivation will be processed on the next day, and then the next charge date for the order following that will be processed on the 1st of the following month unless you skip, pause or cancel.

My box is missing an item, what can I do?

We're really sorry to hear that you're missing an item from your box and can understand this is disappointing. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please please drop us a line to hello@helloyummy-box.com. We will then be able to investigate the matter further for you.

My box has arrived damaged, what can I do?

We're really sorry to hear that your box has arrived damaged. Sometimes the contents of the box may be disturbed in transit but we're always on hand to help - please drop us a line to hello@helloyummy-box.com. 

To ensure we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, please ensure that you provide images of any damage for Quality Assurance purposes. Once we receive the image, we will be able to address the warehouse with this error and offer replacement options.

IMPORTANT: If you experience any issues with missing or damaged items, you must contact HELLOYUMMY BOX within 60 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. 

How do I log into my customer account?

To log into your account, click on the login icon on the top left hand corner of our website homepage. This will prompt you to enter your email address and a 4-digit authentication code you will receive by email/text.

Can I return my box?

Should you wish to return a box back to us, please do so within 14 days of your box being dispatched. After this period, we will not accept your box back for a refund.

Please note that boxes will only be refunded if the box is unopened.

To return your box back to us, please drop us a line to hello@helloyummy-box.com and we’ll provide you with our returns address and an authorisation code.

HELLOYUMMY BOX are not responsible for covering returns postage fees - it's fine to send your box back via a Standard Delivery Service but we do ask that you keep a copy of your postage receipt in the event that your box does not reach our warehouse.
