Is Hello Yummy Box a subscription?

You bet! It’s like having a little treasure chest of tasty treats arriving at your door each month. You’ll keep getting your delicious box unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel.

All subscriptions are recurring unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel. If you want to make any changes for the next month, you’ll need to let us know before midnight on the 24th. For example, if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your February box, just email us at hello@helloyummy-box.com by January 24th at midnight.

If you sign up after the 24th, you’ll have until midnight on the last day of the month for any adjustments. So, if you sign up on January 30th, just drop us an email by January 31st at midnight if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your rolling subscription.

How much does a Hello Yummy Box subscription cost?

We’ve got four scrumptious subscription options to tickle your taste buds! The longer you subscribe, the more you save! Each box is packed with goodies worth at least £35, so you can be sure you’re getting an amazing deal.

  • 1-Month Subscription: Just £15.99 per month. This rolls on each month unless you fancy a break and decide to skip, pause, or cancel.
  • 3-Month Subscription: Only £14.99 per month. This tasty deal continues for three months and automatically renews unless you skip, pause, or cancel.
  • 6-Month Subscription: Just £13.99 per month. You’ll enjoy this for six months, and it’ll automatically renew unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel.
  • 12-Month Subscription: Only £13.50 per month. Dive into a year of delightful goodies, with automatic renewal after 12 months unless you skip, pause, or cancel.

Just a heads-up: the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions can’t be cancelled before the minimum term—think of it as a delicious commitment! You’re enjoying a discount from the regular £15.99/box price because you’re signing up for the minimum term.

I have an allergy or a dietary requirement, can I still join?

We’d love for every subscriber to enjoy every item in their box, but due to the nature of the surprise box, we’re not currently able to accommodate every allergy, intolerance, or preference. This means there may be times when, unfortunately, you can’t enjoy everything in the box.

Which box edition will I receive?

The month you place your order is the first box you’ll get to munch on! For example, if you subscribe between October 1st and 31st, your tasty adventure will kick off with the October Box.

The only times this might change is if the monthly box sells out before the month’s end or if we decide to extend the sale into the following month. Don’t worry, though—if that happens, we’ll clearly indicate the edition you’re ordering right on the checkout page.

Which delivery company do you use?

We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes of deliciousness, and we’ll always send you a tracking code via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can keep your eye on your goodies as they make their way to you.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the UK, including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.

Unfortunately, we can't offer international shipping just yet, but we're working on it and hope to have that option available in the future!

When will my box be sent to me?

We have three delivery rounds each month, so when your tasty box arrives depends on when you sign up!

If you’ve paid by the 11th, you’ll be in the first shipment, with your goodies arriving between the 15th and 25th of the month.

If you’ve paid between the 12th and 22nd, your box will be in the second round, landing between the 25th and the end of the month.

And if you sign up between the 23rd and the last day of the month, your box will be in the third round, arriving by the 11th of the following month.

For all our existing and new subscribers: after your first box, you’ll always receive your goodies in the earliest delivery round each month, between the 15th and 25th. So keep your eyes peeled for your shipping confirmation email—it'll have all the juicy delivery details! Once our warehouse has dispatched your order, you’ll get an email with a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-up: it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

Will you let me know once you have shipped my order?

Absolutely! First off, you’ll receive an order confirmation once you place your order or when your subscription is processed. The next email will be a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. This will include your delivery details and a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-up—it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

How do I use a promo code?

If you have a promo code (lucky you!), you can enter it at checkout if it hasn’t already applied automatically. Just click on "Apply," and your code will be activated, showing your new balance. Enjoy!

What to do when the code on my voucher will not work?

Your discount code might only be valid for certain subscriptions, or it may have expired. You can find these details in the fine print of the offer. If the issue continues, please feel free to drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and we’ll be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.

My box has not arrived yet - please help!

There a few reasons your box may not have reached you just yet. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a dispatch email with all the tracking and delivery info to let you know when to expect your delicious delivery!

When is next payment due?

Payment for your first box will be taken right away when you sign up. After that, your second box will be charged automatically on the 11th of the month, unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel. From your third box onward, you’ll be charged automatically on the 1st of each month - unless of course, you fancy a little break!

How do I change my address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, you can’t change your delivery address. Please drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com as soon as you can and we may be able to make this change for you manually if your box is yet to be dispatched.

Just a heads-up: if the address isn’t updated in time, the shipping label will be printed with the old address. If your tasty treats are returned to sender because of this, we can only resend them once they’ve made their way back to our warehouse. So, let’s get it right the first time and keep the goodies delivery on track!

How do I pause or skip a box?

We know that sometimes you need to take a little breather, and we’re here to make it a piece of cake. If you want to pause your subscription or skip your next box, just drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com ad we’ll be more than happy to help you out with this.

If you want to make any changes for the next month, please let us know before midnight on the 24th. I've cancelled my subscription, but have changed my mind. How do I restart it?

No worries at all! Restarting your subscription is as easy as pie.

Just log into your account and click the 'Reactivate' button. This will get you back on track with this month's box. After you reactivate, your next payment will be processed the very next day, and then it’ll settle into a routine, charging on the 1st of each month unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel again.

My box is missing an item, what can I do?

My box has arrived damaged, what can I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that your box has arrived damaged, but don’t worry, we’re here to help. Please drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com.

To help us sort this out as quickly as possible, it’d be great if you could send us some photos of any damage for our Quality Assurance team. Once we have those images, we can address the issue with our warehouse and offer you some replacement options.

How do I log into my customer account?

To log into your account, just click on the login icon in the top left corner of our website homepage. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and a 4-digit authentication code that will be sent to you via email.

If you’re having any trouble, just give us a shout at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and we’ll be happy to help you out!

Can I return my box?

If you’d like to return your box, please make sure to do so within 14 days of it being dispatched. After that, we won’t be able to accept it for a refund. Just a heads up: we can only refund boxes that are unopened.

To initiate a return, drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and we’ll provide you with our returns address and an authorisation code.

Please note that we’re not responsible for covering the return postage fees. You’re welcome to send your box back via a standard delivery service, but do keep a copy of your postage receipt, just in case your box doesn’t make it to our warehouse. Cheers!
