Is Hello Yummy Box a subscription?

Yes! You'll receive a new box of tasty surprises every month. Your subscription renews automatically, but you're always in control.

You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time before your next payment date by logging into your account and heading to Subscriptions.

If you sign up after the 24th of the month, you'll have until midnight on the last day of that month to make any changes to your subscription. For example, if you sign up on 30 January, you'll have until midnight on 31 January to skip, pause, or cancel.

No contracts, no commitments, and no hidden fees.

How much does a Hello Yummy Box subscription cost?

Weโ€™ve got four scrumptious subscription options to tickle your taste buds! The longer you subscribe, the more you save! Each box is packed with goodies worth at least ยฃ35, so you can be sure youโ€™re getting an amazing deal.

  • 1-Month Subscription: Just ยฃ15.99 per month. This rolls on each month unless you fancy a break and decide to skip, pause, or cancel.
  • 3-Month Subscription: Only ยฃ14.99 per month. This tasty deal continues for three months and automatically renews unless you skip, pause, or cancel.
  • 6-Month Subscription: Just ยฃ13.99 per month. Youโ€™ll enjoy this for six months, and itโ€™ll automatically renew unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel.
  • 12-Month Subscription: Only ยฃ13.50 per month. Dive into a year of delightful goodies, with automatic renewal after 12 months unless you skip, pause, or cancel.

Just a heads-up: the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions canโ€™t be cancelled before the minimum termโ€”think of it as a delicious commitment! Youโ€™re enjoying a discount from the regular ยฃ15.99/box price because youโ€™re signing up for the minimum term.

I have an allergy or a dietary requirement, can I still join?

We do our best to pack each box with something for everyone, but as itโ€™s a surprise selection each month, weโ€™re not currently able to customise for specific allergies, intolerances, or preferences. That means there might occasionally be an item thatโ€™s not quite right for you โ€” and we totally get that.

If that happens, why not pass it on to a friend or treat someone else? Sharingโ€™s part of the fun, too!

Which box edition will I receive?

Youโ€™ll receive the box for the month you sign up in โ€” so if you subscribe in April, youโ€™ll get the April Box.

The only time that might change is if that monthโ€™s box sells out early or we extend it into the following month. If that happens, weโ€™ll make sure to indicate which box youโ€™re getting at checkout so there are no surprises (except the ones inside your box!).

Which delivery company do you use?

We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes of deliciousness, and weโ€™ll always send you a tracking code via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can keep your eye on your goodies as they make their way to you.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the UK, including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.

Unfortunately, we can't offer international shipping just yet, but we're working on it and hope to have that option available in the future!

When will my box be sent to me?

We have three delivery rounds each month, so when your tasty box arrives depends on when you sign up!

If youโ€™ve paid by the 11th, youโ€™ll be in the first shipment, with your goodies arriving between the 15th and 25th of the month.

If youโ€™ve paid between the 12th and 22nd, your box will be in the second round, landing between the 25th and the end of the month.

And if you sign up between the 23rd and the last day of the month, your box will be in the third round, arriving by the 11th of the following month.

For all our existing and new subscribers: after your first box, youโ€™ll always receive your goodies in the earliest delivery round each month, between the 15th and 25th. So keep your eyes peeled for your shipping confirmation emailโ€”it'll have all the juicy delivery details! Once our warehouse has dispatched your order, youโ€™ll get an email with a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-up: it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

Will you let me know once you have shipped my order?

Absolutely! First off, youโ€™ll receive an order confirmation once you place your order or when your subscription is processed. The next email will be a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. This will include your delivery details and a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-upโ€”it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

How do I use a promo code?

If you have a promo code (lucky you!), you can enter it at checkout if it hasnโ€™t already applied automatically. Just click on "Apply," and your code will be activated, showing your new balance. Enjoy!

What to do when the code on my voucher will not work?

Your discount code might only be valid for certain subscriptions, or it may have expired. You can find these details in the fine print of the offer. If the issue continues, please feel free to drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and weโ€™ll be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.

My box has not arrived yet - please help!

There a few reasons your box may not have reached you just yet. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a dispatch email with all the tracking and delivery info to let you know when to expect your delicious delivery!

When is next payment due?

Payment for your first box will be taken right away when you sign up. After that, your second box will be charged automatically on the 11th of the month, unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel. From your third box onward, youโ€™ll be charged automatically on the 1st of each month - unless of course, you fancy a little break!

How do I change my address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, you canโ€™t change your delivery address. Please drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com as soon as you can and we may be able to make this change for you manually if your box is yet to be dispatched.

Just a heads-up: if the address isnโ€™t updated in time, the shipping label will be printed with the old address. If your tasty treats are returned to sender because of this, we can only resend them once theyโ€™ve made their way back to our warehouse. So, letโ€™s get it right the first time and keep the goodies delivery on track!

How do I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account before the date of your next payment.

I've cancelled my subscription, but have changed my mind. How do I restart it?

No worries at all! Restarting your subscription is as easy as pie.

Just log into your account and click the 'Reactivate' button. This will get you back on track with this month's box. After you reactivate, your next payment will be processed the very next day, and then itโ€™ll settle into a routine, charging on the 1st of each month unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel again.

My box is missing an item, what can I do?

My box has arrived damaged, what can I do?

Weโ€™re really sorry to hear that your box has arrived damaged, but donโ€™t worry, weโ€™re here to help. Please drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com.

To help us sort this out as quickly as possible, itโ€™d be great if you could send us some photos of any damage for our Quality Assurance team. Once we have those images, we can address the issue with our warehouse and offer you some replacement options.

How do I log into my customer account?

To log into your account, just click on the login icon in the top left corner of our website homepage. Youโ€™ll be prompted to enter your email address and a 4-digit authentication code that will be sent to you via email.

Can I return my box?

If youโ€™d like to return your box, please make sure to do so within 14 days of it being dispatched. After that, we wonโ€™t be able to accept it for a refund. Just a heads up: we can only refund boxes that are unopened.

To initiate a return, drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and weโ€™ll provide you with our returns address and an authorisation code.

Please note that weโ€™re not responsible for covering the return postage fees. Youโ€™re welcome to send your box back via a standard delivery service, but do keep a copy of your postage receipt, just in case your box doesnโ€™t make it to our warehouse. Cheers!
