Is Hello Yummy Box a subscription?
Yep — but the good kind. You’ll get a box of tasty surprises delivered to your door each month, and you’re always in control. Skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime — no strings attached.
All subscriptions are recurring unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel. If you want to make any changes for the next month, you’ll need to let us know before midnight on the 24th. For example, if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your February box, just email us at hello@helloyummy-box.com by January 24th at midnight.
If you sign up after the 24th, you’ll have until midnight on the last day of the month for any adjustments. So, if you sign up on January 30th, just drop us an email by January 31st at midnight if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your rolling subscription.
I have an allergy or a dietary requirement, can I still join?
We do our best to pack each box with something for everyone, but as it’s a surprise selection each month, we’re not currently able to customise for specific allergies, intolerances, or preferences. That means there might occasionally be an item that’s not quite right for you — and we totally get that.
If that happens, why not pass it on to a friend or treat someone else? Sharing’s part of the fun, too!
Which box edition will I receive?
You’ll receive the box for the month you sign up in — so if you subscribe in April, you’ll get the April Box.
The only time that might change is if that month’s box sells out early or we extend it into the following month. If that happens, we’ll make sure to indicate which box you’re getting at checkout so there are no surprises (except the ones inside your box!).
When will my box be sent to me?
We ship in three rounds each month, so your delivery date depends on when you subscribe:
📦 Sign up by the 11th? Your box will arrive between the 15th and 25th of the month.
📦 Sign up between the 12th and 22nd? Your box will arrive between the 25th and the end of the month.
📦 Sign up between the 23rd and the last day of the month? Your box will arrive by the 11th of the following month.
After your first box, you’ll always get your goodies in the earliest round — so expect delivery between the 15th and 25th going forward.
Once your box has left our warehouse, we’ll ping you an email with a tracking link. It might take up to 48 hours to show any updates, so don’t worry if it looks a bit quiet at first.

Just a heads-up: delivery times are estimates, and sometimes couriers take a little detour. If your box hasn’t arrived within 30 days, or turns up looking a bit worse for wear, let us know — we’ve got you.
Which delivery company do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes of deliciousness, and we’ll always send you a tracking code via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can keep your eye on your goodies as they make their way to you.
Will you let me know once you have shipped my order?
Absolutely! First off, you’ll receive an order confirmation once you place your order or when your subscription is processed. The next email will be a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. This will include your delivery details and a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-up—it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the UK, including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.
Unfortunately, we can't offer international shipping just yet, but we're working on it and hope to have that option available in the future!
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code (lucky you!), you can enter it at checkout if it hasn’t already applied automatically. Just click on "Apply," and your code will be activated, showing your new balance. Enjoy!
What to do when the code on my voucher will not work?
Your discount code might only be valid for certain subscriptions, or it may have expired. You can find these details in the fine print of the offer. If the issue continues, please feel free to drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and we’ll be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.
When is next payment due?
We’ll take payment for your first box as soon as you sign up. After that, your second box will be charged on the 11th of the month—unless you fancy skipping, pausing or cancelling. From your third box onwards, we’ll take payment on the 1st of each month (unless you’re taking a little break, of course!).
How do I pause or skip a box?
We know plans change, and sometimes you just need to hit pause — no worries at all.
If you’d like to pause your subscription or skip your next box, just pop us an email at hello@helloyummy-box.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.
To make changes for the following month, we’ll need to hear from you by midnight on the 24th. So for example, if you’re looking to skip or pause your February box, be sure to let us know by 24th January at midnight. After that, your goodies will already be lined up and ready to go—so you’ll still receive that month’s box, and changes will kick in from the next one.
If you join after the 24th, you’ll have until midnight on the last day of the month to make any changes. So if you sign up on 30th January, you’ve got until 31st January at midnight to skip, pause or cancel your rolling plan.

Just a heads-up: the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month rolling subscriptions can’t be cancelled until the minimum term is up — it’s a tasty little commitment! That’s how you get a cheeky discount off the usual £15.99/box price. Also, once an order is in progress, it can’t be cancelled.
