Is Hello Yummy Box a subscription?
Yep โ but the good kind. Youโll get a box of tasty surprises delivered to your door each month, and youโre always in control. Skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime โ no strings attached.
All subscriptions are recurring unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel. If you want to make any changes for the next month, youโll need to let us know before midnight on the 24th. For example, if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your February box, just email us at hello@helloyummy-box.com by January 24th at midnight.
If you sign up after the 24th, youโll have until midnight on the last day of the month for any adjustments. So, if you sign up on January 30th, just drop us an email by January 31st at midnight if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your rolling subscription.
How much does a Hello Yummy Box subscription cost?
Weโve got four scrumptious subscription options to tickle your taste buds! The longer you subscribe, the more you save! Each box is packed with goodies worth at least ยฃ35, so you can be sure youโre getting an amazing deal.
- 1-Month Subscription: Just ยฃ15.99 per month. This rolls on each month unless you fancy a break and decide to skip, pause, or cancel.
- 3-Month Subscription: Only ยฃ14.99 per month. This tasty deal continues for three months and automatically renews unless you skip, pause, or cancel.
- 6-Month Subscription: Just ยฃ13.99 per month. Youโll enjoy this for six months, and itโll automatically renew unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel.
- 12-Month Subscription: Only ยฃ13.50 per month. Dive into a year of delightful goodies, with automatic renewal after 12 months unless you skip, pause, or cancel.
Just a heads-up: the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions canโt be cancelled before the minimum termโthink of it as a delicious commitment! Youโre enjoying a discount from the regular ยฃ15.99/box price because youโre signing up for the minimum term.

I have an allergy or a dietary requirement, can I still join?
We do our best to pack each box with something for everyone, but as itโs a surprise selection each month, weโre not currently able to customise for specific allergies, intolerances, or preferences. That means there might occasionally be an item thatโs not quite right for you โ and we totally get that.
If that happens, why not pass it on to a friend or treat someone else? Sharingโs part of the fun, too!
Which box edition will I receive?
Youโll receive the box for the month you sign up in โ so if you subscribe in April, youโll get the April Box.
The only time that might change is if that monthโs box sells out early or we extend it into the following month. If that happens, weโll make sure to indicate which box youโre getting at checkout so there are no surprises (except the ones inside your box!).
When will my box be sent to me?
We have three delivery rounds each month, so when your tasty box arrives depends on when you sign up!
If youโve paid by the 11th, youโll be in the first shipment, with your goodies arriving between the 15th and 25th of the month.
If youโve paid between the 12th and 22nd, your box will be in the second round, landing between the 25th and the end of the month.
And if you sign up between the 23rd and the last day of the month, your box will be in the third round, arriving by the 11th of the following month.
For all our existing and new subscribers: after your first box, youโll always receive your goodies in the earliest delivery round each month, between the 15th and 25th. So keep your eyes peeled for your shipping confirmation emailโit'll have all the juicy delivery details! Once our warehouse has dispatched your order, youโll get an email with a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-up: it can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

Which delivery company do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes of deliciousness, and weโll always send you a tracking code via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can keep your eye on your goodies as they make their way to you.
Will you let me know once you have shipped my order?
Absolutely! First off, youโll receive an order confirmation once you place your order or when your subscription is processed. The next email will be a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. This will include your delivery details and a link to track your order progress. Just a heads-upโit can take up to 48 hours for any tracking updates to show.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the UK, including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.
Unfortunately, we can't offer international shipping just yet, but we're working on it and hope to have that option available in the future!
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code (lucky you!), you can enter it at checkout if it hasnโt already applied automatically. Just click on "Apply," and your code will be activated, showing your new balance. Enjoy!
What to do when the code on my voucher will not work?
Your discount code might only be valid for certain subscriptions, or it may have expired. You can find these details in the fine print of the offer. If the issue continues, please feel free to drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com, and weโll be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.
When is next payment due?
Payment for your first box will be taken right away when you sign up. After that, your second box will be charged automatically on the 11th of the month, unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel. From your third box onward, youโll be charged automatically on the 1st of each month - unless of course, you fancy a little break!
How do I pause or skip a box?
We know that sometimes you need to take a little breather, and weโre here to make it a piece of cake. If you want to pause your subscription or skip your next box, just drop us a line at hello@helloyummy-box.com ad weโll be more than happy to help you out with this.
If you want to make any changes for the next month, please let us know before midnight on the 24th. For example, if you want to skip or pause your February box, just email us by January 24th at midnight. If you do decide to pause or skip after midnight on the 24th, youโll still receive next monthโs edition, as your box has already been allocated.
If you sign up after the 24th, youโll have until midnight on the last day of the month for any adjustments. So, if you sign up on January 30th, just drop us an email by January 31st at midnight if you want to skip, pause, or cancel your rolling subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
