Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Nope, our limited edition box is a one-off. Itโs a single payment today, and thatโs it.
Is the limited edition box fully vegan and gluten free?
While some of the goodies might be suitable, the box as a whole isnโt fully vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.
Which delivery company do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our boxes, and youโll always get a tracking link by email as soon as your box has been dispatched.
When will my Limited Edition Box be sent to me?
Boxes are dispatched every Tuesday, provided you order before midnight on Sunday. Orders placed after midnight on Sunday will be sent the following week. Youโll receive a shipping confirmation email once your box is on its way.
We use Royal Mail for delivery, and you can expect your box to arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. So, if you order before midnight on Sunday, your box will be sent on Tuesday, and you should receive it by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please note, delivery times are estimates, and delays with couriers may happen outside of our control. If your order hasnโt arrived, is damaged, or youโre having any other issues, please let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and weโll sort it out for you.
How do I use a promo code?
If youโve got a promo code, just pop it into the checkout and hit "Apply." Your discount will be activated and the updated price will show right away. Enjoy!
What should I do if the discount code isnโt working?
If your discount code isnโt working, it might be because itโs only valid for specific products or subscriptions or the code could have expired. Youโll find any restrictions in the fine print of the offer. If itโs still not working, just get in touch with us at hello@helloyummy-box.com and weโll sort it out for you!
